We'll meet at a spacious cafe and complete two (or three) Pomodoro sessions:
• 45 minutes of focused work
• 15 minutes of rest and socializing🕙 Schedule:
• 10:00 AM – Arrive, quick intro round, share what you’re working on
• 10:15 AM – First Pomodoro session
• 11:00 AM – Break
• 11:15 AM – Second Pomodoro session
• 12:00 PM – Official end (optional third session from 12:15–13:00)
• After the third session – optional lunch nearby!***
🧠 What to Bring:
• Your laptop, notebook, or anything you need to get work done
• A goal or task to focus on during the session

We'll likely sit at the biggest table on the 2nd floor – go upstairs, turn left toward the restroom.

Personalized coaching will be provided.
You will be coached 1:1✅ Course Details:
° Distance: 5 km loop, but experienced runners may do longer runs.
(please note I will only be available along the 5 km loop)
° Duration: about 1.5 hours
° Difficulty: Easy
° Please share any current or past injuries as well as any necessary medical information.
° These will be kept confidential but are important for me to know.✅ Be sure to bring:

👟 Comfortable running shoes (You'll thank us later)

Do you know what helps lower the temperature? PLANTS!!! Let's go to a new cafe that feels like a garden inside and out. Those of you who need a nice lil change of pace, come find us here at this new cafe for inspiration and a good time.
O SEE(오쎄) is a cute homey cafe created by a design studio, where you can enjoy the sun in the balcony or find a table inside and view the pretty plants surrounding all around. Not only are their drinks fantastic, their baked goods punches you in the face with nostalgia. ☕🍃 Plus if you fee a little naughty, wine is on the menu!
Bring your book, laptop, drawing, or whatever you are working on.
You will see how focused our members are on their work and hope it will focus on your work as well. (Feel free to watch Netflix, though.
(It is not likely that your boss is not around)
