WeekDay Run with SeoulShare - Thursday Night - from Yeouinaru st. to Banpo

🏃🏻 We are SeoulShare Runners.

🏃🏻 We don't care what age you are, just enjoy exercising.
🏃🏻 We enjoy eating together as we celebrate completing the run.
🏃🏻 We enjoy having fun together.

It doesn't matter if you're a regular runner or complete beginner, or if you run can 5K or even 500 meters. We are here to run with you and we are here to help you run. If you're not so sure if you can run, just join us and try to run with us. Let's run together.
Running can be the simplest exercise but it can be really mind-blowing.

🏃🏻 Preparation:
• Make sure to be on time !
• Comfortable running shoes
• Water

🏃🏻 Course Details
• Course: from Yeouinaru station to Banpo
• Distance: 6 - 10 km
• Duration: About 1.5 -2 hours
• Difficulty: Easy

🏃🏻 Event Details:
This event is weather dependent 🌧️ ☀️
• 7 pm Ciara will welcome you outside Yeouinaru Station (line 5) exit 3
⚠️ If you don't show up by 7:10 pm, you may proceed with the run on your own and catch up with the rest of us after finishing the run.
• 7:10 pm Go for Warm up and Running!
• 8:45 pm Complete the run
• 9 pm Go for food and drinks (optional)
