### How much of your drinking is actually a decision… and how much is just momentum?

Most people don’t drink because they made a deeply conscious decision.
They drink because it’s expected.
Because it’s easy.
Because it’s what everyone else is doing.
This conversation isn’t about quitting alcohol. It’s about something much simpler — choosing on purpose.
Together, we’ll explore the subtle pressures that shape drinking culture — from work events and social circles to travel, dating, and everyday habits.
Because sometimes the most interesting question isn’t “Should I stop?”
It’s “Do I actually want this right now?”

### What to Expect

• An honest, relaxed group discussion
• Stories and perspectives from people navigating similar questions
• A judgment-free space to reflect on social norms and personal choices
• A thoughtful night of conversation with the SeoulShare community

### Core Discussion Questions

• Where do you feel the strongest pressure to drink? (friends, work, dating, family, travel)
• How often do you drink because you want to vs. because it’s easier than explaining?
• What stories do you tell yourself about what saying “no” would mean?
• What would it feel like to choose — rather than default?

### Who’s This For?

• People navigating drinking culture socially or professionally
• Travelers and expats curious about cultural drinking norms
• Anyone interested in autonomy and intentional living
• Anyone who enjoys meaningful conversations
