Refactoring a large codebase to a multimodular project

Details
Important note: We're once again meeting at Belgrade Office Park. Just like last time, the building's security will not let you come in unless your name is on the list. If your name differs from your MeetUp profile name, let us know - we'll pass the information on so that you can get inside the building.
Welcome to our March meetup!
This time, it's all about refactoring a large codebase to a modern, multimodular project.
What do you do when there's too much code? Where can you start splitting and rearranging? What are all the challenges you can expect?
Our speaker, Mateja, has recently gone through this adventure. In this talk, he'll take you through all the major ups and downs of modularizing a robust Android app which has been on the market for years. What is modularisation, where can you start, and why there exactly, the many obstacles they came across and succesfully resolved, and, of course, what's next are just some of the topics Mateja will cover in this talk.
