Bio:
Ivan is the founder of Ivan Agency (a product design studio; Belgrade;), Engineers (a consulting firm for software engineering; London & Belgrade;) and GameTime (saas sports-tech startup; London;). As Engineers had witnessed too many startups fail due to poor product designs and unfit MVPs, Ivan Agency was founded with a goal to decrease the percentage of aforementioned failures. In the past two years, Ivan Agency has brought ten products to the product-market fit race with a 100% success rate so far.

Description:
Product-market fit! This is the ultimate goal to reach for every startup (and really any size company launching a new product) - that means that your product is in the market which has a demand for your product and that your product is successfully supplying that demand. In order to reach this goal, the first milestone is getting the product MVP to the market. Majority fail on this first milestone as they either have failed to produce the MVP, or they’ve overthought the MVP so they have never given themselves a chance to enter the product-market fit race.
