Bio:
Ivan is a psychologist and psychotherapist whose passion for the digital world led him into UX. He firmly believes that the best products are created by multidisciplinary teams that step outside their own perspectives and put themselves in the users' shoes. After years of working as a freelance consultant, he established the UXR team and processes at United Cloud, the innovation center of United Group, whose most well-known product, EON, is an entertainment platform present in seven Southeast European markets.
