Product Leaders - Connect & Learn

Details

Our "Connect & Learn" events are all about
- connecting with your peers
- exchanging your knowledge and experiences with them
- feeling validated and heard
- feeling supported and understood
and all that in the safe space we create together.

We gather to talk about the topics that you bring.

This event is designed for a specific profile of professionals — individuals in Product Leadership roles who are expected to:

  • Be responsible for several people on their teams, including:
    🔹 recruiting and hiring them
🔹 managing their performance and output
🔹 supporting their growth and promotion
🔹 enabling their personal and professional development
🔹 ensuring their contribution and integration into the product, development, and broader company teams
🔹 managing their compensation, bonuses, and other benefits
    ...and more.
  • Take ownership of the product their teams are working on, including: 🔹 shaping the product vision and aligning it with the overall business strategy
🔹 being accountable for the product's performance on the market
🔹 ensuring the product fits within the company’s broader portfolio
🔹 setting and delivering on product goals, team goals, and individual goals
🔹 creating or supporting the creation of product roadmaps and long-term plans
    ...among other responsibilities.

If you fit this profile and have something meaningful to contribute to the discussion with relevant insights, fresh perspectives, and real hands-on experience, we’re excited to connect with you!
The number of participants is limited due to venue capacity, so please consider carefully if this is the right event for you.

******** We reserve the right to exclude you from this event if you clearly don't fit the profile. ********

Here's how we do this, the steps to our Open Space format:

  1. the questions/topics are formed by the people that come: everyone lists out what they would like to talk about
  2. the topics are grouped by similarity
  3. everyone votes individually on the grouped topics that are the most interesting to them (3 votes per person, 1 vote per topic)
  4. the list is prioritized based on the number of votes - the most voted goes first
  5. we agree on a timing per topic (usually 8 minutes per topic)
  6. anyone who has something to share on the topic is asked to speak: share opinion, experience, knowledge, story,... and the conversation continues
  7. when the time is up, the group can agree to give the topic one "overtime" of 2 additional minutes
  8. then we move to the next topic
