## Topic description
For years, one of the biggest constraints in product development has been implementation capacity.
We could have more ideas than a team could realistically build. Prioritisation was shaped not only by customer value and business impact, but also by a very practical question:
How much development capacity do we actually have?
But what happens when that constraint starts to disappear?
In this talk, Bojan Spasić will present his work on an Autonomous Software Delivery Platform — an approach to fully autonomous software development designed to address some of the most common problems associated with AI-assisted development.
The goal is not simply to generate code faster.
The platform is designed around four core challenges:
- reducing hallucinations and unreliable output
- maintaining high engineering quality
- significantly increasing delivery speed and capacity compared with human teams, whether AI-assisted or not
- preserving the existing standards, architecture and conventions of the project
The implication for product teams is potentially much bigger than developer productivity.
If implementation capacity is no longer the main constraint, the bottleneck moves somewhere else.
What happens to prioritisation when teams can deliver dramatically more?
Does discovery become the constraint?
Does product judgement become more important when the cost of building drops?
And what does the Product Manager’s role look like when development becomes closer to an on-demand delivery engine?
This talk will combine a look at the technology behind autonomous delivery with a wider discussion about what it could mean for the way product and engineering teams work together.
## About the speaker
Bojan Spasić is an engineering leader, software architect, consultant and founder of ai corner and Agile Corner.
He brings around 25 years of experience in software delivery, spanning both engineering and product, and more than 15 years of work helping organisations improve technical excellence, software architecture and delivery practices.
Throughout his career, Bojan has worked across engineering leadership, architecture, agile and technical coaching, and large-scale software delivery. His experience includes roles with organisations such as United Cloud, Symphony and Comtrade Software Engineering, alongside his long-running consulting work through Agile Corner.
More recently, his focus has moved toward autonomous AI-driven software delivery. Through ai corner, he is building KADO, an Autonomous Software Delivery Platform developed from his experience with real production systems and designed to combine speed with engineering quality and predictable delivery.
