Serenity Star Healing and Social events

Come out to Serenity Star to experience a day of positive community, Cold plunging, Breathwork and Sauna!
We will be starting at 9am with a 45 minute meditation/Soma breathwork session, followed by guided Cold Plunge and Sauna. Arrive any time between 10-12 if you are not interested in breathwork.
Whether this is your first plunge, or you're a veteran, we are here to support and encourage your healthy life style!
We will be offering a small menu of Smoothies and Healthy snacks as well.
There will also be access to a cozy room to relax and socialize with AC if needed!
