Come and enjoy a full day of movement and mindfulness with Pat England and Tamara Norris. Start the day with a gentle guided walk from the ferry pier in Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island to Open Space where you will be greeted with a fresh smoothie and a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful nature scape to spend the rest of the day of movement and mindfulness.

WORKSHOPS INCLUDE
HAPPY JOINTS (with Pat)
An invigorating class incorporating various techniques using chairs taking the body on a journey and full range of movement concentrating on joint mobility.
A combination of Pilates, Barre and some free flow movements to put your body safely through its paces.
Pat has over 20yrs of experience in functional movement so even though the class will be challenging its accessible for everybody she can always modify depending on your needs.
We will have some good up beat music to move to and It will be FUN.
The floor will be open to ask Pat any questions related to health, injury prevention and general questions around this subject.
Pat is a wealth of information and loves to help in any way she can.
HEALING FEELINGS (with Pat)
This is the unwind phase.
We will do some gentle sports stretching and light yoga to allow the body to soften and melt using chairs.
After the body has become quiet we will move into some seated Yoga Nidra.
This session will be gentle, uplifting and designed to calm your Central Nervous System to create a deep sense of peace within.

RAW FOOD ‘COOKING’ WORKSHOP AND LUNCH (with Tamara)
A hands on workshop where together we will learn to prepare a hearty and delicious RAW lunch (vegan friendly) that we can enjoy together! “Fettuccini Alfredo”, Quinoa Salad and Chocolate Pudding
WOODCRAFT FOR WELLBEING (with Tamara)
A practical nature-based and creative workshop incorporating nature-based art and woodcraft skills paired with mindfulness techniques. Creating community, strengthening a connection to nature, and learning strategies for creating and maintaining positive mental health.
PAT'S BIO
I have been working in the wellness and fitness industry for over 20yrs and gained many qualifications. I am a trained Pilates instructor amongst other things and believe moving properly and staying flexible is the key to a healthy, mind, body and spirit. My speciality is dealing with injuries and health related issues. I have a lot of experience with different body types and can often be intuitive to what is needed. I have always been very drawn towards natural healing and alternative medicine.
I am a keen artist and DJ and strive to keep learning new things and fully participate in life itself:))
TAMARA’S BIO
Tamara was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and came to Hong Kong Tamara’s professional background includes management and corporate roles in the hospitality and customer services industries, as well as counselling and crisis management, education and wellness services. She has extensive experience in project management, designing and facilitating creative events, and professional consulting and coaching. Through her life experiences and diverse professional background, she has developed very strong intuitive and empathetic qualities, which help her to build meaningful connections and a deep understanding of each and every individual and company she works with.
