**Art and Flowers**: Spring Revelry, Seriously Playful Style

One thing I admire about the members of this group is their versatility: it seems we can handle serious and playful equally well. This meet-up definitely emphasizes the playful.

Have you ever wanted to fill a museum with flowers?

Ok, maybe you’ve never thought about it --- but I think it would be fun to try ----

I’ll explain below.

We have many new members --- let’s spend some time casually getting to know one another, sometimes sitting and talking, sometimes looking at art. We will meet at the Tokyo National Museum but there will be some “twists”. --- Instead of moving as one group, let’s spread through the museum and meet-up accidentally as we wander. Don't worry about not meeting anyone: I'll schedule times/places where you can meet with me. We can sit in the café sometimes, too (it will be open for business).

--- How will we recognize other Brainiacs? I think we should all wear/carry a flower, or a slightly outlandish hat or tie, great tights, or some other item that marks us as “Us”.

--- When you see someone wearing a flower or other marker, say hello, look at something together, point out some curious thing you’ve found tucked away in a painting. --- All guests are welcome. For this meet-up, the more the merrier.

--- Depending on the weather, we might include an outdoor component, too. (More on this later.) Join us!
