Who We Are: We are a community of Catholic Servant Leaders—men and women leading in the apostolate sector. We believe that leadership is a 365-day-a-year vocation that requires a healthy soul, a sharp mind, and a servant’s heart.

Our Foundation: Every Servant Leader is both an Apostle of a mission and an Architect of the structures—both neurological and organizational—that bring that mission to life. The Santuario de Loyola stands as a testament to this integration. As the birthplace of St. Ignatius, it reminds us that finding God in all things starts with the interior quiet of the soul and extends to the external complexity of leadership.

What We Do: We gather online every other Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM PST. Our focus is the intersection of Ignatian Spirituality and Spirit-Directed Neuroplasticity. Following the creed of our founder, we don't just share ideas; we engage in the intentional work of renewing our minds (Romans 12:2). By combining the Ignatian Examen with modern brain science, we help every Servant Leader prune the neural pathways of stress and burnout while strengthening the pathways of discernment, resilience, and peace.

Our Online Meetings Include:

• The Spiritual Start: A guided Ignatian Examen designed to facilitate Spirit-Directed Neuroplasticity—identifying and shifting the interior patterns that drive our leadership.
• The Dialogue: Deep-dive discussions on foundational texts (like Heroic Leadership) that bridge the gap between "the boardroom and the pew."
• The Mastermind: A collaborative space for Servant Leaders to share strategies and resources, helping our respective ministries and startups thrive.
• The Interior Check: Clinical insights on mental health and brain health to ensure we are leading from a place of neurological and spiritual wholeness.
