Work Registration Tables at Komen Race for the Cure

Serve KC volunteers will be working registration tables for the Susan G. Komen, Race for the Cure at Worlds of Fun. All volunteers will receive one FREE pass to Worlds of Fun to enjoy the park following the race until the park closes.

*Attire: Dress comfortably for an outdoor volunteer activity. Please wear comfortable shoes as you may be walking around and recommend bringing a sweatshirt or light jacket. Volunteers will be provided with a volunteer t-shirt.

Mission: To save lives and end breast cancer forever

Event Description: Race for the Cure is Susan G. Komen Greater Kansas City’s largest fundraiser. A 5K Run/Walk, Race for the Cure typically has about 18,000 people in attendance. This event focuses on recognizing survivors and those impacted by breast cancer.
