Using open-source models and simple tools, you’ll learn how to automate customer service tasks without relying on third-party APIs or exposing sensitive data.

From answering FAQs based on a business’s own knowledge base, to retrieving order details from local databases (SQLite, CSV), this talk is packed with practical insights for building self-contained AI systems.
