This is a case study event so we've lined up a few Service Design friends to share their work and spark new conversations during the event.

Jo Carter - Satori Labs

Service Design in Practice is a new learning and development
programme developed in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing, Cymru. Jo will share the twists and turns of initiating a programme like this and talk about how they work to engage hearts and minds (versus just going in with new ideas and expecting everyone to be on board.)

Nic Price - People Thinking

Nic will share his experience with service design and culture change through his work as a service designer in

Alistair Ruff – PDR

Alistair will share his experience of working alongside clients in multiple industries to adopt user centred design practices, exploring the challenges of incorporating user research, being comfortable with uncertainty and iterating rapidly in risk averse organisations. The talk will explore how a ‘design approach’ might help but also hinder the desire to get things done.
