Details

What does it mean to truly think about, design and deliver services end-to-end? And, how might doing this change the way government works?

We are joined by Clara Greo, Service Designer and Design Training Lead, and Martin Jordan, Head of Service Design from the Government Digital Service are joining our December event to answer these questions and more!

Clara and Martin will explore:

  • How to scope your work so you are working end-to-end from when a user need first arises to when it is met
  • Who needs to be involved to work in this way
  • How your design practice might change
  • What the problems and challenges of working in this way are - What are some public and private sector examples of working in this way
  • How this idea is captured in the new government service standard, the step-by-step design pattern on http://GOV.UK and in service communities

This will be a mixed session where we will present some ideas as well as running activities and exercises in groups.

Thanks to our sponsors for this meetup - Yolk Recruitment for hosting us and providing drinks and Methods for sponsoring our food
