Service Design Library: Must-Read Service Design books with Lou Rosenfeld
Details
Whether you are a UX Researcher, UI Designer, Service Designer, or Design Strategist today, it is highly likely that your journey began with a book from Rosenfeld Media.
The Rosenfeld publishing house is one of the major contributors to educating entire generations of designers and strategists worldwide. Rosenfeld books are widely recognized as classroom materials in numerous design and business schools across the globe. Additionally, Rosenfeld authors are frequently regarded as design authorities in their respective areas of expertise and are often quoted as such.
We will have the great pleasure of having Louis (Lou) Rosenfeld with us to discuss his current views on Service Design and User Experience topics, which are frequently presented to him as potential publishing materials:
- What are the current trends in book topics as an indication of market trend? (Service Design, Design Thinking, Design Leadership, AI & Design...)
- What new upcoming design books or updated versions of existing classics are in the works?
- What is the process of authoring and publishing a design book with Rosenfeld?
- What are the most significant and impactful design books published by Rosenfeld?
Join us for a fun look into the Service Design Library Must-Haves as well as upcoming Design classics.

• A little bit about Lou
Lou Rosenfeld is Rosenfeld Media’s founder and publisher and like many user experience people, Lou started somewhere (library science), made his way somewhere else (information architecture), and has ended up in an entirely different place (UX book publishing and conference producing).
