Details

GPT 4o, Claude, Gemini... You've heard the hype and the confusion. But what if you could actually (and easily) build your very own AI Assistant specifically based on your unique service design needs? An AI Assistant who actually remembers you, your styles and SD preferences?

Join us for the second part of our AI-Powered Service Design theme when we embark once again on a journey through the fascinating world of AI, focusing on its unique application for Service Design. By the end of this presentation, you will have a robust and practical understanding of how to easily build and implement your very own Large Language Model (LLM) designed specifically for your Service Design needs and therefore creating your very own AI assistant!

Topics we will cover:
• Essential AI / LLM terminology
• Overview of AI tools ecosystem
• Advanced approached to AI specifically for Service Designers
• Introduction to a pioneering AI agent designed specifically for Service Designers
