Mike Pinder is a highly inquisitive innovation expert and senior innovation consultant with a broad skill set spanning 13+ years industry experience, grounded in design, business & management, R&D, academic research and strategic innovation management.

He is passionate about uncovering root cause ‘why’ questions and am keen to learn from everywhere and anyone around me. He is lucky enough to apply all my background skills, knowledge and interests working with a variety of Fortune500 organisations globally. He facilitates and enables teams and organisations to create positive business impact. Mike particularly enjoys the different roles I can play across multi-disciplinary teams by ‘switching hats’ across design, business, innovation, tech, R&D, engineering, HR and EXCO C-level.

Over recent years He've had the privilege to regularly give keynotes on innovation internationally, whilst being an industry thought leader. I've helped B2C and B2B organisations structure innovation strategy, embed capabilities and execute programs with firms such as: GE, AB-Inbev, ING Bank, Logitech, Zeppelin Foundation (ZF), Engie, Valmet, Bpost and many others globally.
