We will have wayfinding signs posted.

We’re excited to partner with Trendline Interactive, a full-service email marketing agency.

This will be a hands-on, facilitated workshop. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work in small groups to generate ideas that support service experiences at scale.

All attendees will walk away with hands-on practice building a service blueprint for a real-life, pre-scoped scenario for an asynchronous clinical interview.

The workshop is free, but you must RSVP as space is limited.
