Services Design Sprints @ Venture Cafe Miami: What's your customer journey?

We had a great session last week at Venture Cafe Miami and we have scheduled our next meetup there again!

Interested in business acceleration? On this Campfire Session, we will do a brief introduction to Service Design Sprints and explore why and how we execute the task of understanding the customer’s experience on using the products and services they consume.

Our methodology is called the MVS Model and is being used around the globe to accelerate businesses across many industries, from startups to large enterprises. It is an open source methodology which mixes Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Service Design.

We may want to take a look at our new program to certify SprintMasters @ Design Sprint School (http://dsprintschool.com/). It is a very cool program to master your skills on design sprints. I can clear questions about that as well after the session.
