Aloha Serv Labbers!

Co-design and collaboration are essential for great service design impact. It is a crucial part of any design process. It is so deep in a designers’ way of working that sometimes we co-design without noticing it. We can co-design with people of different roles and in various areas of our design process and even life.

At this November event, our speakers will be talking about co-design from different perspectives and will be sharing their experiences and reflections. They will talk to us about how to co-design with clients, colleagues, users with lived experience and explore co-design from service design, research and line management perspectives.

We will hear from our wonderful speakers:

  • Tricia Radica Lee - Leading User Researcher at Zaizi
  • Luke Forward - Design Director at Mettle
  • Jenni Parker - Founder and Director of Humanly
