The Global Service Jam is an annual event held in over 100 cities worldwide, celebrating Service Design.

Every year, a mystery theme is revealed and creative folks from diverse backgrounds (designers, anthropologists, students, regular joes. etc.), bounce ideas off one another, build on what bounces back, and design prototypes around it. It's okay if you don't know how - this is open to people of all expertise.

But most importantly, it's an annual community event where good friendships are forged and networks are strengthened. So, let's come together as a community, build something amazing, and have loads of laughs along the way! :D

The original Jam is a 48 hour marathon that is done in a physical environment. But, because of covid, this edition is going to again be conducted online. However, this gives us an opportunity to have participants from all over the world.
