The Statistician George Box once said “All models are wrong, but some are useful.” Service Blueprints are a useful, and possibly the most popular, tool known to service designers, but anyone who has used them extensively will eventually discover the tool’s limitations. In this short, 90-minute workshop, our very own Yosef Shuman will guide participants through a preliminary exploration and discussion into the ways in which we can try to evolve the traditional Service Blueprint into tools with new, unique, and hopefully valuable qualities.
Note: Intended as a “201” workshop, this event will be most valuable to those of you who are already familiar with Service Blueprinting
