About us
Welcome to Set Sail With Local Sailing Enthusiasts. Whether you have never stepped foot on a boat or you are looking to brush up on your skills, this group is a space to connect with others in the area who share an interest in learning how to sail. We are putting together regular gatherings where we can share resources, talk about local sailing classes, and help one another navigate the process of getting out on the water.
Our goal is to build a supportive community where we can learn the ropes together. We will be coordinating outings to visit local sailing schools, hosting informal meetups to discuss training programs, and eventually organizing group trips for those ready to put their new skills into practice. If you have been wanting to learn to sail but were not sure where to start, we would love to have you join us.
