During this 40 min session, we will focus on three key elements that help us establish and maintain our boundaries:

  • Defining our priorities across the different areas of our lives
  • Clarifying our responsibilities so we can act with intention
  • Learning when and how to say “no” in a respectful and constructive way

The goal of this workshop is to create awareness and share key concepts that support better management of our most valuable resources: our time, energy, and attention. By strengthening these skills, we can show up more fully in the many roles we hold as professionals, parents, partners, and friends.
