Class Description:
Start your day with a gentle, flowing yoga session online via Zoom. This 30-minute class (starting at 7:00 AM ET) features a calming sequence designed to gradually wake up your body and mind. Whether you’re a beginner or approaching yoga with a beginner's mind, this class is open to everyone—no flexibility or experience required!
This class is all about starting the day with peace and positivity. Let’s flow together and set the tone for a great day ahead. Just bring your mat and an open heart, and let’s greet the day together with a calm, centered spirit.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Comfortable clothes
- Water bottle
- Any props to support your practice (e.g., an extra blanket for sensitive knees, yoga blocks, etc.)
How to join:
1. RSVP before joining the live class.
2. Before the live class, click the Zoom link to register. After registering, you will be able to join the class.

About Me:
Hi! I’m Sage Kim (she/her), originally from South Korea and now living in the US. I’m a certified Yoga teacher (RYT 200) and an Accessible Yoga practitioner. My goal is to help people focus their minds and bodies through yoga and cultivate positive feelings. Feel free to message me with any questions or just to connect.
