Everyone is welcome! Birders of all skill levels are encouraged.

Beginners are paired with more experienced birders for guidance.
How it Works:

1. Group Participation:
SEVAS handles aa 15-mile diameter circle, which is broken up into 10 areas. Volunteers follow designated routes within these specific areas and
- Every bird seen or heard is counted throughout the day. We record the total number of individual birds observed, as well as the different species.
2. At-Home Participation:

- If your home is inside our CBC circle, you can count birds at your feeder. Then, add your list to the compiler.
Each group birds on this day, though not all bird all day. You can choose how long you wish to observe. After 5pm, we gather at a local pub to tallly and celebrate.
