Tuesday Morning Birders - Canaveral National Seashore: Eldora House Trail
Details
Tuesday Morning Bird Walks
April 14, 8AM
Canaveral National Seashore: Eldora House
LAST WALK OF SEASON!
It's always a nice time for Canaveral, and the short, accessible trail leads through the dense hammock to the water and the historic Eldora house. This location is within CNS Apollo Unit, **fees required. After entering the park drive approx 2.4 miles and turn right on Eldora Loop Road. Follow this to last parking area. Bug spray recommended.
**We will also have access to the Eldora State House. The restored, historic house-turned-museum showcases life along Mosquito Lagoon. It serves as a testament to the area's early 20th-century history, featuring historic photos, artifacts, and a 12-minute informational film.
**An entrance fee or Golden Eagle pass or similar is required to enter the National Seashore so carpool with friends if you can.
