For the ladies!

Prayer & Pilates will be bringing a small devotional, a beginner/intermediate level pilates mat class - focusing on the core, posture, strength, and spiritual awakening. Followed by inner healing prayer/meditation.

Mats and balls are provided on a first come bases. We welcome you to also bring a mat.

Refreshments are available.

This class is given through a nonprofit organization, so the class fee goes towards the ministry.
