Intro to Flash Diffuser

Details
Are you interested in learning more about the AK flash diffuser. This was highly recommended by Valerie Hoffman and Scott Keys in past zoom meetings. I purchased one and absolutely love it. It has been a big help in my macro photography.
We will be meeting at the end of Dunkirk Ave in Worcester 9:00 am on July 16 with a rain date of July 23rd
We can take a short walk on Cardinal trail to look for insects or small flowers. Or we can walk a little further up the same trail to Green Heron Pond trail.
The Diffuser is custom made to fit the camera, macro lens and flash that you are using but there is a little bit of adjustment that may allow you to try my diffuser on the setup you are using. If it doesn’t fit or you do not own the equipment you can bring an SD card to put in my camera and try my setup. This will allow you to be able to take the pictures home to play with on your computer.
If we end up going to Green Heron Pond there is usually some interesting wildlife including a Great Blue Heron nest to photograph if you also bring a telephoto lens. Not sure if the baby Herons will still be there at this time. But it will give you something to do as you wait to take your turn.
We will meet from 9:00am till 11:00am. That would allow 5 people about 15 to 20 minutes each to try it out to see if you might want to invest in one. Prices range from about $110 to $150. I have contacted the person who makes them and he has offered to give club members a small discount (not sure how much that would be).
