Sew & Create Valencia is a space for people in Valencia who are curious about sewing, fashion, and hands-on creative learning, especially beginners who want to try something new in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
After recently moving to Valencia, the organizer noticed how difficult it was to find English-language sewing workshops that felt accessible and beginner-friendly. This group was created to offer a different kind of space: one that is practical, friendly, and focused on learning by making, without pressure or perfection.
The aim of this group is not just to host one-off workshops, but to explore and grow a small community that values slow fashion, skill-sharing, and creative experimentation. Activities may include beginner sewing workshops, light garment-making sessions, and small-group creative projects where participants can learn practical skills while connecting with others.
The group is led by Jaiya, a fashion designer who has recently relocated to Valencia and is transitioning her creative work here after hosting similar workshops in Asia.
