Bring one garment you love but never wear. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll make it wearable again by fixing up to 2 small things, quick, practical changes that make a big difference plus youll learn how to sew! Yes! you do it yourself!
This is not a full repair class. It’s a guided session focused on high-success, easy alterations so you leave with something you’ll actually wear again.
What you’ll do (step by step)
- Learn how to thread the machine and run it
- Quick check + choose your fixes
- Simple Hemming – shortening or lengthening
- Taking in at the waist, bust, or hips for a more fitted look
- Pin + test fit
- Mark and sew
- Machine stitch depending on your garment
- Final try-on + secure finishing
