About us

We host events at the Bay Club and other quality establishments to meet interesting, eligible singles.  Our events are social gatherings fostering meeting for real, in person, with others who may be interested in developing authentic, positive relationships.

Our organizer, founder of a Bay Area startup, will be available to chat regarding PreQM (PreQualifiedMates).  Generally, our events are of a no-host nature.  At times, the venue may offer a promotion or special to members of our Meetup group, such as a complementary beverage, or extended Happy Hour pricing for drinks or food.

This MeetUp serves quality, respectful, sophisticated singles ages mid to late 20s to 50s.

Are you dating as much as you would like? Do you feel the clock ticking or pressure to get settled? Are you gravitating toward relationship drama?  Perhaps the SF Bay Club Qualified Singles Meetup group is for you.

The SF Bay Club Qualified Singles is not directly affiliated with The Bay Club. You do not need to be a member of either the Bay Club or PreQualified Mates (PreQM), to join the SF Bay Club Qualified Singles MeetUp.

The program features classic operatic arias, duets, and trios by composers such as Verdi, Puccini, and Gounod, alongside two signature sets: Taste of Hawaiʻi, a musical tribute to each of the islands, and The Hawaiian Plate, celebrating Hawaiʻi’s multicultural heritage through song and hula. The exceptional cast includes Samoan soprano Aivale Cole, known internationally for both opera and film music; Māori-Chinese bass Morgan Andrew King, currently based at the Frankfurt Opera; San Francisco-based tenor Christopher Oglesby, a regular artist with San Francisco Opera and Opera San José and on Ukulele, the amazing Lenny San Jose. The concert is produced and performed by pianist Ronny Michael Greenberg, whose work across Hawaiʻi over the past several years has helped shape Opera Aloha into a beloved and distinctive series. For this San Francisco presentation, we have the unique honor and joy of collaborating with Kumu Hula and Hawaiian cultural leader Patrick Makuakāne and his San Francisco-based hālau, Nā Lei Hulu I Ka Wēkiu. They join Opera Aloha in bringing this program to life through music and movement in an innovative and meaningful way. Their artistry adds a powerful visual and cultural dimension to the performance, reflecting the deep storytelling traditions at the heart of Hawaiian music and hula.
Now celebrating its fourth annual tour, Opera Aloha has been joyfully received on Hawaiʻi Island and Oʻahu, and we are thrilled to welcome this special program to Grace Cathedral as part of this year’s tour. The concert brings together opera and the diverse musical traditions of Hawaiʻi, performed by an internationally acclaimed cast. This is a rare opportunity to experience music sung in an extraordinary range of languages including Italian, French, English, Māori, Samoan, Native Hawaiian, Portuguese, Tagalog, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, offering a musical journey you truly will not find anywhere else!
Intimate, expressive, and joyfully eclectic, Opera Aloha offers a refreshing concert experience that celebrates artistry, culture, and the power of the human voice!
