Look at the Japanese garden. It doesn't try to pack in every flower or tree. Instead, it leaves empty space—so your eyes can rest and your mind can settle. That emptiness isn't a lack. It's a gift.
This week, our theme is Minimalism—and it goes far beyond garden design. The same principle applies to our homes, our relationships, our schedules, and even our thoughts.
Welcome to join the meeting and explore this idea during our Table Topics session. What does "less is more" mean to you? Where in your life could you use a little more space and a little less stuff?
