Sketching at the Dock of the Bay

Our next Marin Sketchers Meet Up takes us to Sausalito to draw some wonderfully quirky and colorful houseboats. (Our last attempt was washed out, so we’re giving this gem of a location another go.)

Location:
The entrance to the dock is next to 72 Liberty Dock, which is off Gate 5 Rd., off Bridgeway. Here's a map. Let's meet up at 10:00am and throw down sketches at noon. If you are traveling by car, there should be parking at 3030 Bridgeway. Here's a map.

Bring:
• your preferred paper, sketchbook, color media and drawing materials
• there are a few benches but bring your stool/chair for maximum comfort

Also:
• There's a Mollie Stone's Market nearby at 100 Harbor Dr., if you want to grab a coffee, tea or snack before or after sketching.
