Join the Southern Marin Sketchers at the Mill Valley Lumber Yard Friday from 12 - 2 PM.
The 19th-century restored lumber yard now hosts interesting stores and eateries. With rustic red buildings, cozy string lights, restaurant-goers, and surrounding greenery, there is something interesting to sketch from every angle.
The area offers outdoor seating (with some umbrella shading), public bathrooms, and is flat and accessible. Parking directly next to the lumber yard is limited - you may want to try the parking along Presidio avenue or elsewhere in downtown MV.
Please bring your own sketching supplies. We will meet at the tables outside Millie’s Crêpe et Crème (towards the east end of the complex).
