Sketching at the Mill Valley Lumber Yard
Details
The Mill Valley Lumber Yard is a great, chill place to sketch!
The lumber yard is closely tied to the history of Mill Valley and has now been beautifully renovated with some beautiful stores: a bakery, a restaurant, a crêperie, and thirteen independently owned shops. A few of the original buildings are still intact. The grounds include seating areas, fire pits, hidden gardens, and a creek that runs throughout the property. There is also a spectacular view of Mount Tamalpais. Here's their website.
We'll meet at 10:00am at the chairs across from The Good Life shop and throw down sketches at noon.
