A Winter Themed Icy Body Gem Beauty Headshots w/ Jennifer Jones - Session 1

Jennifer and I have talked about this concept for 3 years. This was an event that got canceled back in May 2020, that we are finally reviving but we couldn't get it on our busy calendars until NOW!

So get ready for a sparkling time with Jennifer Jones during this winter-themed event as we will be sticking body gems all over her lovely face & form for beautiful Beauty Headshots and Implied Artistic Nude sessions.

Session 1 - Beauty Headshots, Shoulders, Chest focus - PG Session
Session 2 - Full-length shots & body figure focus - Implied / Artistic Nude

WHAT TO EXPECT?
All Photographers will take turns rotating. Respect the model and your peers. No touching the model!

Please bring your patience as it will take time to build out the body gem designs on her skin in between rotations and sessions. Of course, we will be starting in makeup an hour early to create 1st looks before we start Beauty Session 1 and I have scheduled a good break between Sessions 1 & 2 to have time to further build out the look to full body but these sessions will require time for artistic makeup in order to provide you with variations to capture between rotation within the session.

These events might run a little behind schedule as we haven't done this type of detailed collaboration before and the scheduled event start times are based on best estimates that Jenn and I have discussed. So please come with patience and flexibility to capture this amazing concept for your portfolio ;) I am confident things will run smoothly as most of my events do but I wanted to state and set some clear expectations in advance. Don't have any plans you need to rush off and go do if we happen to get a little behind schedule. I'd like this to be a fun and relaxed artistic Sunday for all involved :)

Group Shoot - Limited to 6 photographer spots!
2 -2.5 hour group shoot for $135 per session (includes additional costs for materials)

LOCATION:
Bay Area Photo Art Studio, CA
Photographers will rotate turns triggering the lighting setups that I will have collaborated on with Vinny in advance for you.

MODEL RELEASE FORM included
I will handle the model release and email it after the session.

EVENT REFUND POLICY-

1. Event fees are non-refundable and not transferable to other events due to you desiring a cancellation or simply because you change your mind.
2. Event fees are non-refundable due to inclement weather, AQI levels or any other uncontrollable conditions created by forces of nature that may occur on the day of the event.
3. Refunds are only offered if the organizer has determined to cancel the event or has rescheduled and you can no longer make the new date or the featured model name changes.
4. If you decide there is a need for you to cancel, and you want to try to receive a reimbursement, you will need to have someone on the waitlist or reach out to find someone who is able to replace your attendance. Once your replacement's payment is confirmed then I will be able to refund your transaction minus any banking fees.

LIABILITY RELEASE:
By your RSVP "Yes" and voluntary participation in this event, you agree to enter into this waiver in which you hereby release any rights or claims to pursue that any type of accident, injuries, or damages is the host's fault and/or the fault of any partners, associates or members and do hereby discharge now and forever any occurrence at the location or traveling to and from locations on the day of this event.

WHAT TO BRING?
1. Bring a standard focal length of 24-70mm zoom, or 50mm prime are most recommended for the size of this studio space. An 85mm will work for half body and headshots but anything over is not recommended.

2. Bring your Pocket Wizard to trigger the studio lighting setup. Vinny and I will also have spare Pocket Wizards to share that you are also welcome to borrow. I ask that you please trade in your ID card so they don't go missing.
