We’ll be working out at the outdoor gym next to the basketball court at Ryland Park in San Jose.
Expect a solid bodyweight session including pull-ups, dips, knee/leg raises, Australian pull-ups, and a proper warm-up to get everyone ready. Workouts are adaptable for all levels, so whether you’re just starting or already comfortable on the bars, you’ll get a good session in.
What to bring:

  • Water
  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • A good mood and positive energy

Look for a group near the bars by the basketball court. If you’re not sure, just head toward the outdoor gym area — that’s us.
