San Mateo Monday Night Meditation

Join us every Monday on zoom to be led in a guided meditation...we experiment with different modalities using guided meditations, sound, heart coherence and more.

We start the evening with a group meditation to open us to the Oneness Blessing, followed by the blessing (deeksha), or energy exchange.

Meetings are offered free of charge in service to the Divine. Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the meditation process.
