Join us on-site at a SFH development project in Campbell with special guest flipper Tom Huong Tran to share his experiences and tour a development project he's partnered on. The 5 completed houses are selling for $3-4 Million apiece, and are about 90% complete.
With a tighter flipping market, Tom often focuses on additions/extensions and adding square footage to add value to the property. Some flippers avoid these projects because of the complexity or long perceived time frame of the project.
But Tom has found some opportunities where permitting and the process is just as fast or even faster for additions than regular flips in other cities!
This development project is another example of adding higher-level value in a tighter market.
