SF Mature Women in Tech Meeting - Demystifying AI: Practical Demos

Details

Join us for a dynamic evening of hands-on learning and discovery with Nicole Meyerson and Lauren Irving, two leaders from the Women Defining AI community. In this interactive session, Nicole and Lauren will showcase real-world applications of generative AI designed to make everyday work and life smarter, simpler, and more accessible.

Nicole will guide us through practical use cases for Microsoft Copilot within the Microsoft 365 suite—think smarter document creation, seamless email management, and productivity on autopilot.

Lauren will demonstrate how AI tools can use everyday images to solve real-world problems—from turning fridge photos into dinner ideas to transforming brainstorming boards into actionable plans.Whether you're an AI skeptic, a curious learner, or already experimenting, this is your chance to explore how emerging tech can meet you where you are and amplify your strengths.
