This time we will learn about TDD (test-driven development) and eZ Platform (https://ezplatform.com/), a CMS in the Symfony ecosystem.

TDD in Action by Kifah Abbad

In a modern PHP project, it is quite important to take the test driven development path (TDD). In this presentation we will go through the history of TDD and why it is needed, examples on how to integrate it into code (using tools like phpunit and behat), and other aspects to extend it (using tools like selenium, httping and others).

Kifah Abbad has been engaged in the development of Internet related technologies since 1998. After finishing his masters degree in Telecommunications 2004 he worked intensively with java and almost exclusively with php since 2007.

Why eZ Platform? by Kevin Dejour

There are a lot of CMS and Framework, and people are already using them to create and develop their projects. So why use eZPlatform? What eZPlatform can bring you, when you are already using Symfony or a CMS?
