ElasticBeanstalk & Symfony UX Turbo
Details
Hi Symfony-friends,
It's finally summer! Time to switch from complaining about bad weather to complaining about it being too hot and also time for a final meetup before the summer break.
Join us on Tuesday, June 15 at 19:00 Berlin time for two talks. Levi Ebora will talk about CI/CD in AWS in "Jack and the Elastic Beanstalk". Afterwards Marco Petersen will tell us about the new Symfony UX Turbo component.
As always, the meetup will be in English. Hopefully not as always, but still, the meetup will be remote via Zoom. As most of the time, the meetup will not be recorded.
Schedule:

19:05 Jack and the Elastic Beanstalk. CI/CD in AWS by Levi Ebora

Cache Invalidation, they mostly get right. Naming Things? Not so much.
Amazon Web Services has fundamentally changed the way companies run their IT workloads. But with over 200 managed services as of 2020, a lot of which carry confusing names, it's notoriously hard to make sense of it all when you just want to get a simple application deployed and running on the world's biggest public cloud.
Levi Ebora will give us an overview of the managed services for deploying your PHP application to the AWS Cloud, including Elastic Beanstalk, IAM, RDS and CodePipeline. There will also be a demo deploying a sample PHP app. Lastly, a quick guide to the AWS associate certification process.
So get ready, put your climbing shoes on and let's climb this beanstalk together.

Are you tired of building modern web applications using dozens of different tools and technologies and, worst of all for us php backend-devs, writing tons of JS? Can you write an app that feels modern, but without writing a single line of JS? Marco will show us Symfony UX Turbo and how it might bring you a bit closer to your goal.
