Talk 1:"Specing out teamwork" by Stiven Llupa
This talk focuses on three key strategies that can empower Symfony teams to establish strong development practices. Over the last decade, I have worked extensively on Symfony projects, witnessing firsthand how effective team processes can significantly impact project success. While project management methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban dictate workflows at an organizational level, development teams can also define their own best practices to streamline contributions, enhance collaboration, and improve delivery timelines.
