~ Natalie's transactional work focuses on representing emerging companies throughout their life cycle, including corporate formation and structuring, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, and securities matters. In addition, Natalie advises private equity funds on matters related to their formation, securities compliance, and portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Natalie practiced in the corporate group at a firm in Palo Alto.
