Ronan holds a **PhD** in **Physics** from École normale supérieure, Paris. During his PhD, he developed **new methods** for the **stabilization**, **operation** and **measurement** of **cat qubits**. Further, he devised a **technique** for the **optimal control** of quantum systems, for which he is currently co-developing an open-source library in PyTorch.
Prior to that, he worked on the numerical simulation of ultracold atoms, and graduated from **Cambridge University** and **École Centrale Paris** in 2019.
