💳 Otherwise, it's S$48.80 per successful introduction.
💝 If another participant selects you and an introduction is arranged, receiving that introduction is completely FREE.

💕 How We Match
Complete our Comprehensive Compatibility Form and tell us about your ideal partner, lifestyle, values, hobbies, relationship expectations, and deal-breakers.
The more thoughtful and detailed your responses, the better we can assess compatibility.
Once we identify a match with 80% or higher compatibility, we'll contact both parties and arrange the introduction.

⏳ Building a quality matching pool takes time, so we won't be providing individual updates via WhatsApp or DM. We'll proactively contact you only when we've found a compatible match.

Please note: Once both parties have mutually agreed to the introduction and we have confirmed the match, declining or withdrawing afterwards will be considered as having used your complimentary or paid matching arrangement. This is because we would have already reserved the time, coordinated schedules, and committed the match for both parties.

💕 How SGChills 1-to-1 Matching Works
We don’t match based on just a few basic criteria. We’ll review your responses and look at your values, lifestyle, relationship goals, preferences, personality, and deal-breakers to identify someone who may genuinely be compatible with you.

① Complete the Matching Form 📝
Tell us about yourself, what you’re looking for, your preferences, and your deal-breakers.

② We Find a Potential Match 🔍
Once we identify someone who may be compatible (approx. 80% & above), we’ll contact you with a summary of their profile.
Weighting used: Age fit (20%), Height/weight fit (25%), Race/religion fit (25%), Relationship-goal alignment (15%), Lifestyle & income fit (15%).
At this stage, we won’t reveal their name, photo, or full personal details.
You can decide whether you’re interested based on the information provided.

③ Both Sides Must Be Interested 🤝
If you’re interested, we’ll check with the other person too.
No pressure and no obligation. We’ll only proceed if both parties are open to meeting.

④ Photo Sharing 📸
If both parties agree to proceed, we can arrange to share photos before the meetup.
This is not a blind date — you’ll have the option to see who you may be meeting and decide whether you’re comfortable continuing.
Photo-sharing credit:

• Attending 5 SGChills events → 1 complimentary matching arrangement
• Photo sharing uses half of your complimentary matching credit (equivalent to 3 events), OR
• S$24.40 will be payable before proceeding to the actual arrangement if you are on a paid matching arrangement
• If you choose not to see the photo, there is no deduction
• If you see the photo and decide to continue, the deduction applies
• If you choose to proceed to the next step after seeing the photo, we’ll confirm the arrangement with both parties

We include this step so participants have the choice to decide whether they feel comfortable meeting someone after seeing their photo, rather than having a completely blind first meeting.

⑤ Confirm the Meetup 🍽️
If both parties are still keen, we’ll coordinate your availability and arrange a reasonably priced restaurant or café in the CBD, usually for a Friday evening dinner.
Once the date is confirmed:

• Paid matching arrangement → full payment is required
• Eligible complimentary arrangement → FREE

⑥ Connect on the Day 📱
On the event day, we’ll share both parties’ Telegram usernames around 6:30 PM, before 7:00 PM, so you can recognise each other and communicate if necessary.

⑦ Identity Verification 🔐
For safety and authenticity, SGChills may conduct a simple Singpass identity verification for both participants.
This may be done:

• Physically by the host at the meetup, or
• Through an agreed verification arrangement where both participants give permission to verify each other’s identity.

The purpose is simply to help ensure that both parties are genuine participants and that the person attending is the person who signed up.

🎉 Attend 5 SGCHILLS events and receive 1 complimentary matching arrangement.
🎉 Every additional 5 events earns you another complimentary matching arrangement.
💳 Otherwise, it's S$48.80 per successful introduction.
💝 If another participant selects you and an introduction is arranged, receiving that introduction is completely FREE.

💕 How We Match
Complete our Comprehensive Compatibility Form and tell us about your ideal partner, lifestyle, values, hobbies, relationship expectations, and deal-breakers.
The more thoughtful and detailed your responses, the better we can assess compatibility.
Once we identify a match with 80% or higher compatibility, we'll contact both parties and arrange the introduction.

⏳ Building a quality matching pool takes time, so we won't be providing individual updates via WhatsApp or DM. We'll proactively contact you only when we've found a compatible match.

Please note: Once both parties have mutually agreed to the introduction and we have confirmed the match, declining or withdrawing afterwards will be considered as having used your complimentary or paid matching arrangement. This is because we would have already reserved the time, coordinated schedules, and committed the match for both parties.

💕 How SGChills 1-to-1 Matching Works
We don’t match based on just a few basic criteria. We’ll review your responses and look at your values, lifestyle, relationship goals, preferences, personality, and deal-breakers to identify someone who may genuinely be compatible with you.

① Complete the Matching Form 📝
Tell us about yourself, what you’re looking for, your preferences, and your deal-breakers.

② We Find a Potential Match 🔍
Once we identify someone who may be compatible (approx. 80% & above), we’ll contact you with a summary of their profile.
Weighting used: Age fit (20%), Height/weight fit (25%), Race/religion fit (25%), Relationship-goal alignment (15%), Lifestyle & income fit (15%).
At this stage, we won’t reveal their name, photo, or full personal details.
You can decide whether you’re interested based on the information provided.

③ Both Sides Must Be Interested 🤝
If you’re interested, we’ll check with the other person too.
No pressure and no obligation. We’ll only proceed if both parties are open to meeting.

④ Photo Sharing 📸
If both parties agree to proceed, we can arrange to share photos before the meetup.
This is not a blind date — you’ll have the option to see who you may be meeting and decide whether you’re comfortable continuing.
Photo-sharing credit:

• Attending 5 SGChills events → 1 complimentary matching arrangement
• Photo sharing uses half of your complimentary matching credit (equivalent to 3 events), OR
• S$24.40 will be payable before proceeding to the actual arrangement if you are on a paid matching arrangement
• If you choose not to see the photo, there is no deduction
• If you see the photo and decide to continue, the deduction applies
• If you choose to proceed to the next step after seeing the photo, we’ll confirm the arrangement with both parties

We include this step so participants have the choice to decide whether they feel comfortable meeting someone after seeing their photo, rather than having a completely blind first meeting.

⑤ Confirm the Meetup 🍽️
If both parties are still keen, we’ll coordinate your availability and arrange a reasonably priced restaurant or café in the CBD, usually for a Friday evening dinner.
Once the date is confirmed:

• Paid matching arrangement → full payment is required
• Eligible complimentary arrangement → FREE
