4 Sep (Thu)
• 11:30 PM: Assemble at Newton Hawker Centre carpark
• Midnight: Kranji MRT and depart for Malaysia

5 Sep (Fri)
• 7:00 AM: Freshen up and local breakfast (inclusive)
• 10:30 AM: Arrival at the site
• 11:00 AM Water confidence test
• 11:30 AM: Lunch
• 12:30 PM: Launch kayaks for a 17km expedition down the river
• 5:00 PM: Arrive at homestay
• 7:00 PM: Dinner

6 Sep (Sat)
• 8:00 AM: Breakfast
• 9:30 AM: Launch for a 25km expedition down the river
• 3:30 PM: Arrive at resort
• 4:00 PM: Check-in
• 7:00 PM: Dinner

7 Sep (Sun)
• 6:00 AM: Breakfast
• 6:50 AM: Launch for a sunrise expedition of 15km
• 10:30 AM: Return to resort
• 11:00 AM: Shower, pack up and check-out
• 12:15 PM: Depart for local attractions:
• Lunch (inclusive) at Ipoh old town
• Visit 362 Hong Peah for pastries shopping
• Explore Perak Cave Temple & Concubine Lane/Ipoh Murals
• 7:30PM: Dinner (inclusive) at a restaurant
• 9:00 PM: Depart Ipoh for Singapore

8 Sep (Mon)
• 4:00 AM (estimated): Arrive at Kranji MRT
• 4:30 AM (estimated): Return to Newton Hawker Centre carpark

• Experience Required: Participants should have some prior kayaking experience. You may join our interest group expeditions for next few weeks to train up too.
